Elements for Salesforce Implementations

Engineered for Salesforce to support the Agile lifecycle

Elements.cloud is a freemium Agile Business Analysis application that has been designed to support Salesforce implementations and give benefits at every phase of the lifecycle. Dump MSOffice, Visio, Powerpoint or GoogleDocs and step up to Elements.cloud

Capture requirements

Capture and manage all your requirements and users stories in one place with a managed lifecycle from “raised” to “implemented”.

Add supporting information and collaborate on requirements, link to process and Salesforce config items. Sync user stories with Jira.

Map business processes

Understand your user requirements by developing simple, yet powerful hierarchical process maps.

Develop a “single source of truth” that is more than project documentation, but is the operations manual for training and ongoing support.

Document your Org

Get real insights into your Org customizations by sync’ing your config data to a Ref Model where you can see the full picture and can assess the impact of GDPR.

Add supporting notes and collaborate on any item.  Link any item to the requirements and the process steps that use it.

Provide training (for free)

Develop the process diagrams so that they can be used as the point-of-need training.

Link process steps to the supporting information (procedures, training, videos, Salesforce screen / workflow).

Build a list of bookmarked process diagrams with the “Elements Maps” tab in Salesforce.

Embed processes in objects

Insert process diagrams into a standard or custom object – by record type – as training support – with 3 lines of Apex code.

Not a screenshot but a live diagram where all the links and navigation work. And it is dynamically refreshed.  Lightning and Classic.

Comply with GDPR DATA regulations

Nightly sync of all Salesforce objects and fields to Elements Ref Model – core and installed apps.

Update the status of every field: Personal Data, Sensitive Personal Data, N/A. Report on status of validation efforts.

Stay on top of compliance. Notification of new fields added after overnight sync.

Comply with GDPR PROCESS regulations

Document all processes that create, manage or delete personal data in Marketing, Sales, Support and HR.

We are developing examples you can copy and modify: e.g. buying lists, creating lead gen forms, ‘forgetting’ personal data, reporting data breaches….

Provide governance

Manage a formal release cycle for process content from draft through to published with access to archives.

End users can be confident they are using the published version.

Demonstrate to auditors which process steps support the regulatory standards.

Freemium app

Free means free, for ever, for everyone. Premium is priced for the Fortune 5 million, not just the Fortune 500.

Elements.cloud is 100% cloud running on AWS, with a managed package to give tight integration into Salesforce.

Works with Lighting and Classic for Enterprise Orgs and above.
