Winning a Demo Jam 2 min read 27th November 2018 Share Home » Blog » Winning a Demo Jam Home » Blog » Winning a Demo Jam Few people experience the feeling of winning a Demo Jam. We were lucky enough to do so last week at North East Dreamin’. But it took a lot of blood, sweat and tears to get to where we are now. So how did we get here? It is listening and focus. We thought we had a valuable app but we needed to look through the eyes and pain of our users – the Salesforce Admin and Business Analysts. They took the time to explain what they REALLY wanted and needed. So, it took nearly a year of development to extend our process mapping app to provide the Org sync and analytics that make it so compelling it could win a Demo Jam. The problem is our app is BCI – Boring but Critically Important. What we do is provide something really crucial for a healthy Salesforce Org in the long run. In other words, we make a product that people need. And this is the most important part in winning the Demo Jam; showing people you care about helping to make their lives easier through your product.
