Get going with all the enterprise features
Step 1. Register for a free Elements User Account
Step 2. Connect your Salesforce Orgs (Prod and/or Sandboxes) and hit sync.
Steps 1 & 2 will take a couple of minutes. Then the sync & analysis of your Org takes 15 mins – 2 hours based on the size of your Org.

Elements Catalyst is not just for Salesforce. You can drive any transformation change. So the app runs on AWS with a tight integration with Salesforce through the APIs. Our AppExchange Managed Package is required to extend the capabilities to do field analysis, enable SSO etc.
What data is sync'd and where is it stored?
We use the Salesforce Metadata API to sync your Org metadata to our AWS database. We DO NOT sync your customer data. You can download our Data Compliance and Security statement which details how we manage your data, our security credentials and certifications such as ISO27001, and the Salesforce APIs that we use.
Will you max out my API limits?
We have optimized our sync “chunking” to minimize the number of API calls. We only use the API to sync the metadata. All the Org analysis is done on our AWS servers.
What is scope of the trial and can I extend it?
The trial is the full Enterprise product for 3 Editors, 1 Salesforce Connection (1 Prod & 5 Sandboxes) and unlimited End Users for 14 days. Contact success@elements.cloud by email or in the chat to extend the trial. Let them know your company URL and the name of the Space.
What happens to the work when the trial ends?
The trial is just a time-limited version of our full product. If you purchase Elements licenses, then you just continue building on the work you have already done. If you do not purchase Elements licenses the Space will revert to FREE, which means you will continue to get process mapping capabilities, but no PRO capabilities (version control, images, data tables etc).
