For those who think that a process diagram is something you throw together to help the developers build an app. Think again.

This excellent video from Bank of Montreal (BMO) shows how valuable good process documentation is BEYOND the project. Let the numbers sink in; over 500 authors developing and maintaining 1000’s of process diagrams. They are not doing it because it is fun (it isn’t), but because well managed processes are critically important to enable the bank achieve its goals.
