Some add-ons are a fixed price and some are based on the size of your Org. It depends on the type of capability. At the Foundation and Professional level you get access to Process, Metadata, and Change, which is the basis for your Change Intelligence Platform. At the Enterprise level you can enhance your metadata management capabilities, or process management, or indeed both. No. Elements is a cloud-based SaaS solution, licensed on an annual basis. While the majority of customers are able to onboard and adopt the capabilities leveraging our online support, Academy and engagement with our Customer Success team, some prefer to include an onboarding package or paid additional Customer Success time to assist your team or chosen partners in complex situations or high pressure project situations.
