Is Enterprise only for larger organizations
No. If you are running Salesforce, then you need, and can afford Elements.cloud. For smaller organizations you may find that the enterprise level is actually cheaper than Professional
Can I upgrade at any time? Can I add more products later on?

What is cost of Add-ons?
Some add-ons are a fixed price and some are based on the size of your Org. It depends on the type of capability. For example, additional Org connections are a packaged fixed price, whereas the the entire metadata management capabilities for a specific Salesforce Industry cloud or CPQ, will depend on the size of your Org.

I only want process / I only want metadata?
At the Foundation and Professional level you get access to Process, Metadata, and Change, which is the basis for your Change Intelligence Platform. At the Enterprise level you can enhance your metadata management capabilities, or process management, or indeed both. Speak to us to understand the capabilities you need to deliver against your objectives.
Which Clouds / Industries do you support?
We are constantly adding support for new clouds and industries. Support includes process maps, architecture diagrams and metadata. Check out the Solutions menu option on the website. We are taking feedback from our customers, partners and prospects to prioritize the development effort.
Are there any upfront costs?
No. Elements is a cloud-based SaaS solution, licensed on an annual basis. While the majority of customers are able to onboard and adopt the capabilities leveraging our online support, Academy and engagement with our Customer Success team, some prefer to include an onboarding package or paid additional Customer Success time to assist your team or chosen partners in complex situations or high pressure project situations. How long are your contracts?
Elements is licensed and billed on an annual basis. Many of our clients have signed 3-year license agreements to create a predictable license fee structure into the future.
