Salesforce DevOps Center Implementation guide
Kiss goodbye to Change Sets
DevOps Center went into public beta in June. This means you can start using it to drive metadata changes through your development pipeline without the painful experience of Change Sets.
Excited? Absolutely.
So. Many. Questions.
So how do you get going?
Do you just “switch it on”?
What does it cost?
The answers
Let’s handle the easy ones first.
DevOps center is free for Salesforce Enterprise tier customers.
You cannot just “switch it on” as it requires you to install a package extension. But there is a bit more to it than that if you want to get the benefits from it. Which is why we’re collaborating with the Salesforce DevOps Center team and are developing the Salesforce DevOps Center Implementation Guide.
The guide is based on the experience of the private beta customers, the ecosystem DevOps experts and Elements development of our integrations.
