Rob’s background in Enterprise Software and SaaS stretches 25 years and has principally been focused on enabling Digital Transformation and the efficient delivery of new innovation to the enterprise. His current role is to oversee Element’s go to market strategy addressing the challenges of Salesforce’s largest customers and ensure the alignment of the product roadmap to their concerns. He speaks regularly at Dreamforce and community events throughout the world. When not working, he enjoys sailing, backgammon and antique sports cars. Prior to Elements, he held executive roles at Salesforce and Oracle.
