TDX25 Wrapped: Elements.cloud, Process Configuration Mining, and Agentforce 4 min read 17th March 2025 Share Home » Blog » TDX25 Wrapped: Elements.cloud, Process Configuration Mining, and Agentforce Home » Blog » TDX25 Wrapped: Elements.cloud, Process Configuration Mining, and Agentforce Headline sponsor The 2-day Salesforce TDX conference is the major user conference aimed at the practitioners. This year the focus was Agentforce with over 3,000 attendees. Whilst significantly larger, Salesforce Dreamforce in September is more of a marketing event where all the different cloud announcements are made and it is far more difficult to make an impression. So for Salesforce TDX, Elements.cloud was one of the top sponsors alongside Google, AWS, and Gearset. This proved to be a very sensible investment with such a strong emphasis on Agentforce at the conference, and Elements’ compelling proposition backed up by a Salesforce Professional Services success story. More on this later. We scanned over 900 delegates over the 2 days. Star of the show Here is a recording of Xavery Lisinski, Chief Product Officer, Elements.cloud presenting. Many of the comments from delegates are unprintable, but could be summarized as “Unbelievable. What have I just seen? WOW. Amazing.” One client we talked to said that they had just spent $500k with a consulting firm documenting their org for regulatory reasons, but Process Configuration Mining could have done it in 5 minutes. Delivering reliable agents There is huge pressure to deliver agents quickly, but the challenge is ensuring that they are reliable. Elements.cloud has perfected a process-led approach and made some enhancements to the platform to accelerate and provide governance when designing and building agents. The approach has been used by Salesforce Professional Services and Miriam McCabe, RVP, Head of Global Innovation Design at Salesforce presented a session at Salesforce TDX. Here is a “bootleg” recording of the session. With such a strong emphasis on Agentforce by Salesforce, the approach generated a huge amount of interest for Salesforce employees (consultants, customer success, account teams, solution engineers) who have access to Elements licenses through a global deal that was closed at the end of 2024. We also have SI (consulting firms) and customers who want to trial the approach. These include the highest-profile Salesforce customers. Elements.cloud in the keynote The keynote focused on all the new Agentforce features, which included the new AgentExchange where partners can post their Agentforce apps. Elements.cloud is a featured app and got primetime positioning during the keynote when they announced the AgentExchange. Elements.cloud approach powered the robots Charlie Isaacs, CTO for Customer Connections, had 3 agent-powered robots at the show – 2 humanoids and a dogoid. He said that he got them working as agents by using the process-led approach that was created by Elements.cloud. Other sessions featuring Elements.cloud Elements.cloud was also included in presentations that we were not involved with, showing the awareness and support in the ecosystem.
