A new chapter for Elements.cloud 3 min read 14th October 2025 Share Home » Blog » A new chapter for Elements.cloud Home » Blog » A new chapter for Elements.cloud By Ian Gotts, Founder, Elements.cloud The world around us is changing faster than ever. The way businesses buy, build, and manage software continues to evolve, and Elements.cloud is changing to stay ahead of these trends. We believe the path to success is product-led, making our product more accessible to all Salesforce professionals. And we’re turning the company into an agentic enterprise, leveraging agents both inside Elements and supporting every area of the business operation. After 9 years from co-founding and building the company with an incredible team, my co-founders and I are delighted to announce that we are appointing Xavery Lisinski as the new CEO of Elements.cloud. Introducing our new CEO: Xavery Lisinski Xavery has been a core part of much of what makes Elements unique. He has been involved in delivering on the product vision since the early days of Elements. His leadership, creativity, and deep understanding of both technology and people have been central to our success for many years. You may have already seen Xavery presenting on stage at Dreamforce and TDX alongside Salesforce, on webinars, as a guest on podcasts, or sharing insight through thought leadership. His passion for helping Salesforce teams work smarter and with greater confidence has been a driving force behind our growth. I will continue to support Elements, focusing on how to ensure we are correctly positioned to take advantage of the rapidly evolving technology landscape, and doing what I love most – presenting at Salesforce events and meeting our customers and partners. Taking Elements.cloud to the next level Over the last decade, Elements.cloud has become the enterprise standard for understanding and governing Salesforce orgs, trusted by some of the world’s largest and most complex implementations. That reputation continues to grow as our work is recognised across the ecosystem. We are proud to be a global standard for Salesforce Professional Services and to be recognised by Gartner as a Cool Vendor for CRM 2025. These milestones reflect not just what we’ve achieved to date, but the exciting potential of Elements. Your expectations have not changed. Our commitment has not changed. Our ambitions have not changed. The future of Elements starts here. A Message from the new CEO of Elements.cloud By Xavery Lisinski, CEO, Elements.cloud After eight years helping to build Elements.cloud from the inside, I’m honoured to lead the company into its next chapter as CEO. If you’ve ever met Ian Gotts, you’ll know his passion for helping Salesforce teams work with clarity and control. Ian, together with Richard and Adrian, took Elements from an idea to an industry standard, trusted by many of Salesforce’s largest customers. I’m proud to build on that foundation as we enter a new era. Over the last decade, Elements.cloud has become the go-to platform for Change Intelligence across complex enterprise Salesforce environments. Salesforce has now selected Elements.cloud as a key vendor for Agentforce, recognising our role in bringing clarity and governance to this new era of AI-driven automation. Gartner has also named us a Cool Vendor for CRM 2025, highlighting our leadership in the space. A new mission Historically, we’ve focused exclusively on enterprise clients, and we’ll continue to serve them with the same scalability, governance, and support that have earned their trust. But our next chapter is about opening that power to everyone. My mission is simple: to ensure that every Salesforce professional, regardless of Org size, can access the same deep Change Intelligence insights that global enterprises rely on. We’ve been building a new, more open model of Elements.cloud to make that possible, flexible, easily accessible, and designed for teams of all sizes. We’ll be unveiling it in the coming weeks. At Dreamforce, I’ll be leading consultations with the community to shape what comes next. Let the new chapter begin! Post navigation Previous postWhat is Salesforce?
