So many of you loved the Ryan Reynolds process mapping video. It is fun and educational. And now with AI, great process mapping is even more important. It can save you hours of work because user stories can be generated automatically straight from process maps. The user stories are really impressive, but also have acceptance criteria and will soon have BDD (behavior driven development) test scripts. What takes hours to write is created in just a couple of minutes.

BUT. With AI, garbage in leads to garbage out. So you need to master UPN.

And with everyone talking about Barbie (and Ken) I thought it would be fun to sit down with Ryan Gosling to talk about the process of acting and build a UPN process diagram using Elements, the Change Intelligence Platform.
