Interview: The technology behind Elements

Adrian King is COO & CTO of Elements, the free cloud process knowledge app – process capture, collaboration and communication – or as some people call it “Visio on steroids”.

He was the CTO & COO of Nimbus Partners where he developed an on-premise process mapping app which was used by over 10% of the Fortune 500 including SAP, Nestle, AstraZeneca, Barclays and Chevron. But he inherited many architectural decisions which were made before he joined Nimbus. So in some ways Elements is his chance to “do it properly this time”.

This time it is the same business need, but he is starting with a clean sheet, a brand new development team, and is able to exploit the latest technologies.
