You should have enough credits on your tier to accomplish everything you need. However, if you use up your monthly credits, you’ll need to upgrade your plan or wait until your next billing cycle to continue using credit-based features. We will never autobill you, if you run out of credits any automatic syncs will stop. Can credits roll over month to month? No, credits reset at the start of each billing cycle. Do diagramming features count against credits? Diagramming itself is unlimited. Credits are only consumed when using generative features. How does billing work? All paid plans are billed monthly per editor. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Do I need to sign a contract? No. You pay month to month and can cancel whenever you choose. Can I change my plan later? Yes. You can upgrade your plan at any time. What happens if I cancel? You keep access to your plan until the end of the current billing period. After that, your account moves to the Free tier unless you reactivate a paid plan. Can I add or remove editors mid-month? Yes. New editors are billed at a prorated rate. If you remove an editor, your billing updates at the next renewal. Do you offer refunds? We do not provide refunds for partial months. You will not be charged again once you cancel. What payment methods are accepted? We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can request invoicing or purchase orders.
