Editor licenses

An Elements Editor is typically a Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst.  You need the minimum of one Editor.

Editors are $750 per year.

Salesforce Connection

For the Org metadata sync and analysis of 1 Prod and up to 5 Sandboxes you need a one Salesforce Connection license. For each extra Prod Org you will need a Salesforce Connection license.

Salesforce Connection licenses are $1,000 per year.

Salesforce User Adoption licenses

To roll-out User Adoption (in-app, popup help) to Salesforce end users you need a User Adoption license for the Space. You create and test the help topics using an Editor.

Salesforce Sales, Service, Lightning Platform:
First 100 users @ $1000 (min 100 users)
100-250 users @ $15/year
250-500 users @ $10/year
500-1,000 users @ $8/year
Over 1000 users @ $5/year

Community Cloud:
Unlimited Member / Login users @ $1000 / year

Elements Corporate Management licenses

Corporate Management is a single site-wide license that gives SSO, visibility and management of all the Spaces and all the users across the enterprise. This is for your IT team to control users across multiple Spaces.

21-100 users @ $25/year
101-250 users @ $20/year
