Editor licenses

An Elements Editor is typically a Salesforce Admin or Business Analyst.  You need the minimum of one Editor. Editors are priced per year by level of Space;  PRO: $730 ENTERPRISE: $1,460 UNLIMITED: $3,650.

Viewer licenses

An Elements Viewer can view and comment on process diagrams and Org Models. They can also raise requirements. Viewers are FREE.

Salesforce User Adoption licenses

To roll-out User Adoption (in-app, popup help) to Salesforce end users you need a User Adoption license for the Space. You create and test the help topics using an Editor.
