Salesforce’s greatest attribute is its ability to be customized. It’s also its greatest Achilles heel because if you customize it, if you over-engineer it, if you take something that is a very simple process and put too much customization around it, you end up creating friction.

The reality is most of the time the answer is no, and then the follow on question to that is, if they do have one, is your management team fully on board with that plan?
